Madhur Dayal // CEO & Founder
Madhur is the founder and CEO of My Online Bookkeeper, a division of JMD Financial Partners, LLC. JMD provides complete financial back office solutions for growth companies at all stages of their development.
The financial expertise of the team at My Online Bookkeeper reflects the rich experience of Madhur’s 20 plus years in the financial and corporate world. Madhur started his financial career in the firm of Ernst & Young. Madhur’s past experience includes senior positions at the boutique investment banks of Thomas Weisel Partners, Piper Jaffray and William Blair, as well as portfolio management positions at Coast Asset Management and FHS Investments.
His work in banking has required him to analyze and pour over the financial statements of hundreds of companies, analyzing strategic strengths and weaknesses, making financial projections to facilitate sound financial and investment decision making.
An entrepreneur at his core, Madhur has also founded, raised investor capital and sold a company that grew over 40% annually since its founding.
Madhur Dayal has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University where he majored in finance and was invited to join Beta Gama Sigma, the honor society for academic excellence. He has a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Ohio State University where his thesis was in artificial intelligence applications in biochemical engineering.
Malvika is our Operations Manager/Accounting Specialist in our Ventura, California office. Malvika is a Certified Pro Advisor for QuickBooks Desktop Pro/Premier/Enterprise and QuickBooks Online Accountant. Malvika strengths are her attention to detail, excellent customer service and unparalleled work ethic.
Senior Account Manager
Timberley is our Senior Accounting Manager and comes to us with over 20 years of accounting experience. She began her career in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand (PriceWaterhouse Coopers) and continued her professional experience with the International Mission Board and Owens & Minor, a Fortune 500 company. She has worked extensively with small businesses and non-profit organizations. Timberley holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Masters degree from Golden Gate Theological Seminary. She is a Quickbooks Pro Advisor, and Bill.com Expert. She enjoys traveling the world, all things Italian, good food, and great coffee.
Andrea White is a veteran of the accounting industry with experience in both the for profit and not for profit business sectors. Her experience includes Commercial Property Management, Construction, and Service Industries as well as Race Management. Andrea enjoys working with a variety of owners, managers, and clients and is passionate about providing great service and expertise while learning about new businesses.
Kjerstin is an accounting specialist at My Online Bookkeeper. Her experience has ranged from working in the corporate world, to government and the nonprofit sector; but one thing has remained consistent – her passion for accounting. In addition to the satisfaction of working with numbers, she loves being on the cutting edge of technological innovations (hence her job at My Online Bookkeeper where she is constantly evaluating new technology apps that are coming out). Kjerstin is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from San Jose State University and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management. Her interests outside of work include family, time in the great outdoors, and creative writing.
Kathryn is our Account Specialist working out of Indiana. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Counseling and Planning from Purdue University. Kathryn’s work experience includes being a plant accountant at Owen-Illinois where she has been primarily responsible for the preparation and accuracy of monthly Sarbanes-Oxley documentation. Kathryn prides herself on her ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects – a great skill to have when one is trying to meeting accounting deadlines for multiple clients.
